In my Doctor Who novel I have found my most useful resource to me a book I own. It is called The Vault. It goes over the entire show from its debut on November 23, 1963 all the way up to the recent episodes involving Peter Capalldi. Not only does it go over the history behind doctor who but it also provides; interviews with actors, a brief insight to the minds of the developers of doctor who.
The Vault is a gift I got for Christmas last year. I have spent multiple hours reading, scanning, and thinking about this book. It has interviews with the developers and a great description on how the show was made. All of this does actually give you a very good insight on what the Whoiverse is like from the real people's view point.
I seem to get done with what I am supposed to and although I do continue research I do think I do the wrong kind of research. Or I will get distracted easily by other things Doctor Who related.
I already know a lot about doctor who, but not as much about the publishing project. I could be looking up things of publishers. I should also start looking for an agent to be able to send in my proposal once it is finished.
